The core of the custom built refrigerating systems from BUUS is the BUUS Iceflaker which produces from 200 kg of ice flakes in 24 hours.
The first BUUS iceflaker was delivered in September 1985. Since then thousands of flake ice machines and flake ice units have proven their extreme ruggedness and reliability.
The ice has a very fine, loose quality which makes it easy to shovel even if the pile of ice is large or has been accumulated over several days.
